CLOSING the website submission channel and OPENING the E-mail submission

Dear authors,

Considering the number of papers that have been received and the progress of the review,  the Conference Committee decided to temporarily close the website submission channel and open the E-mail submission mode:

1. The author who has submitted the paper on the website should not send the modified version to the E-mail. If it does need to be modified, it can be improved after receiving the comments.

2. The author who has not submitted the paper should send the editable word document (must be formatted according to the requirements of the "Format sample" on the website) to the E-mail address (iccrem@vip.163.com)

(1) Word file naming method: select the capital letters of your thesis from the A-M（as follows） .  E.g. A- Article title;
